📋 Description

• Build and deliver product demonstrations and sales presentations to generate excitement around Palo Alto Networks technology • Use knowledge of workforce operating systems and security concepts to understand customer needs and align them with Palo Alto Networks solutions • Plan and execute proof-of-concept evaluations with prospective customers • Position Palo Alto Networks’ value and differentiators to secure the technical win during sales cycles • Document customer interactions in Salesforce • Collect and deliver ongoing customer feedback to product management to influence product direction • Build customer relationships and technical trust through endpoint and user-security expertise • Present and evangelize at tradeshows and customer events • Collaborate closely with the sales organization and support prospective and current customers

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of advanced working knowledge of 2 of 3 primary workstation/server operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux • Prior experience working primarily with endpoint/workstation products or solutions in a sales capacity • Hands-on experience with endpoint and identity management technologies such as Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, and endpoint troubleshooting • Strong presentation skills and professional demeanor • Ability to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Understanding of security concepts and development of security roles meeting functional, technical, and regulatory requirements • Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions in the moment; adaptability • Proven ability to run technical discovery, design solutions, deliver demonstrations, answer RFPs, and support complex sales opportunities • Ability to travel as needed, less than 30% • Experience navigating enterprise-scale sales cycles preferred • Experience working with REST APIs using scripts or no-code/low-code systems • No immigration sponsorship; applicants must not require employer-sponsored work visas
