📋 Description

• Serve as the core technical data and automation architect within the Global Commercial & Channel Operations team • Translate raw distributor data streams into real-time operational intelligence and self-executing workflow automations • Build, maintain, and optimize production-grade executive business intelligence dashboards • Synthesize cross-platform data across hardware, software/SaaS, and professional/managed services • Track performance across distributor-managed reseller and distributor/channel-owned customer direct routes • Track and visualize Weeks of Supply, inventory turns, stock aging, and deal registration win rates • Own the global relational channel data model across product catalogs, distributor records, inventory snapshots, and POS sell-through files • Ingest and transform weekly EDI/API distributor feeds, standardizing currencies and localized SKUs • Audit global distributor data pipelines for integrity • Design, test, and deploy autonomous, multi-agent AI process flows with enterprise IT and data engineering teams • Configure AI workflows to monitor inventory risks and stage rebate or promotional interventions for approval • Automate ingestion and triage of billing disputes and proof-of-performance documentation • Build automated incentive validation rules against POS data, Special Pricing Agreements, and rebate tiers • Calculate price protection credits and stock rotation eligibility • Lead technical data integration projects connecting vendor provisioning systems with distributor cloud aggregation hubs • Monitor and audit API streams for private offers across AWS, Azure, and GCP marketplaces

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer, Revenue Operations Analyst, or Business Intelligence Manager supporting global sales channels, supply chain, or multi-tier distribution networks • Proven experience building production-grade dashboards in Power BI, Tableau, or Looker • Experience structuring dashboards for multi-category portfolios spanning hardware, software/SaaS, and professional/managed services • Experience supporting varied channel go-to-market models • Practical or conceptual experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering protocols, and enterprise automation platforms • Experience with Python, Zapier, Alteryx, or LangChain/CrewAI concepts • Strong understanding of EDI 846/867, REST APIs, Webhooks, and JSON • Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, or Oracle data schemas • No immigration sponsorship is available; applicants must not require work visa sponsorship
