📋 Description
• Partner with prospective clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand business objectives, workflows, pain points, and technical requirements • Design and recommend tailored PandaPay payment, POS, and SaaS solutions • Act as the product and technical subject matter expert during the sales cycle • Participate in discovery meetings, technical discussions, demonstrations, and solution design sessions • Deliver customized product demonstrations and maintain demonstration environments • Develop and deliver product training for internal teams, implementation specialists, sales representatives, channel partners, and clients • Develop expertise across payment processing, POS solutions, SaaS applications, APIs, integrations, reporting tools, hardware, and emerging technologies • Collect and analyze feedback to identify product enhancement opportunities • Translate business requirements into documentation and recommendations for Product and Development teams • Support feature prioritization, product validation, and solution refinement • Create and maintain product documentation, implementation guides, SOPs, configuration documentation, FAQs, sales playbooks, onboarding materials, demo scripts, and knowledge resources • Collaborate with Product, Development, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Implementation, and Support teams • Facilitate transitions from sales through onboarding and implementation • Monitor fintech, payments, SaaS, POS, retail technology, hospitality, automation, and business software trends • Analyze competitor offerings and customer expectations to provide product strategy recommendations • Support sales collateral, competitive comparison guides, technical documentation, implementation resources, partner enablement materials, and customer presentations
🎯 Requirements
• 2–5 years of experience in Product Solutions, Sales Engineering, Technical Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, Product Management, Product Operations, or Product Implementation • Experience within fintech, SaaS, payment processing, POS technology, ERP systems, hospitality technology, retail technology, or enterprise software strongly preferred • Fully bilingual in French and English • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for technical and non-technical audiences • Experience delivering product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions • Strong analytical, documentation, organizational, and project coordination skills • Working knowledge of APIs, integrations, software workflows, payment ecosystems, and operational business processes • Ability to manage multiple priorities in cross-functional environments • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mindset • Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada
