📋 Description

• Build and maintain relationships with fire departments, emergency management offices, dispatch centers, and other first responder agencies within Pano deployment areas • Ensure agencies understand the value of Pano and actively use the platform • Identify appropriate agencies and decision-makers within camera coverage areas • Lead end-user onboarding and training • Drive platform engagement beyond initial onboarding • Connect regularly with agencies to understand platform usage and remove adoption barriers • Help ensure alerts are reviewed and operationalized • Translate agency feedback and field insights to Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Operations • Represent Pano AI through agency meetings, industry events, workshops, presentations, and deployment activities • Build and manage Pano AI’s network of engaged end-users who respond to alerts from Pano stations

🎯 Requirements

• Candidates must reside within the state of Texas • BS / BA degree or equivalent work experience • 2+ years of experience in Wildfire, Forestry, and Disaster Management roles • Strong preference for Federal wildland fire or state fire agency experience • 2+ years of professional experience in training and development, sales/marketing, customer success/support, operations, or project management • Ability to travel up to approximately 20% of the time • Excellent communication skills • Friendly, enthusiastic, and positive attitude with strong interpersonal and outreach skills • Ability to manage multiple high-priority projects and multitask with meticulous attention to detail • Comfortable working in a SaaS environment • Understanding of Google Suite • Belief in Pano AI’s mission and empathy for stakeholders • Curiosity and interest in Pano AI technology • Legally authorized to work in the United States • Must answer whether employment visa sponsorship will be required
