📋 Description

• Support backend operations of the Learning Solutions Team • Manage and maintain the team’s Student Information System and Learning Management Systems for teacher and student enrollment, staff trainings, and organizational structure • Serve as primary point of contact between the Learning Solutions Team and Product & Technology for resource access and information sharing • Manage and maintain Google assets, including Google Sites • Create and maintain informational documents • Manage, maintain, and communicate staff licensure and background check expiration dates and deadlines • Manage invoicing and billing oversight for monthly services • Manage the PTO calendar for LST staff and coordinate coverage • Collaborate with Program Managers and team members on school launch, Preservice and Professional Development trainings, and data requests • Provide first-tier teacher support by assessing access and assignment questions and routing requests appropriately

🎯 Requirements

• General knowledge of how K-12 schools are organized and operate • 3+ years of relevant experience • Ability to work well under pressure and effectively prioritize and execute tasks to meet deadlines consistently • Understanding and ability to manage confidential information • High quality written and verbal communication skills • Computer proficiency • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams • Proficiency with Google apps such as Drive, Docs, Sheets and Slides • Successful completion of a background check • Experience with Smartsheets, Forms, and Dashboards (preferred) • Experience with learning management systems like Canvas (preferred) • Experience with student information systems like PowerSchool (preferred) • Experience with data analysis and systems like PowerBI (preferred)
