📋 Description

• Architect the Autonomous Engine: Design the core infrastructure that enables real-time monitoring and self-healing capabilities across massive, heterogeneous data environments. • Engineer the Remediation Layer: Build the brain that translates AI-driven diagnostics into safe, automated infrastructure actions • Scale the Platform: Influence our technical roadmap, choose the right tools for the job, and set the standard for engineering excellence as we scale from 1 to 100. • Close the Feedback Loop: Partner with early-adopter customers to solve complex, real-world data failures and turn those insights into hardened, automated features.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend or infrastructure engineering with a focus on building large scale data systems • Proficient in leveraging AI coding assistants and committed to iteratively evolving engineering standards and SDLC workflows to maximize the impact of AI driven development • Strong programming skills in one or more of the following languages: Python, Scala, TypeScript, or Java • Deep comfort debugging complex failure modes in production systems • Strong customer empathy and ownership to build the right solution • Experience in cloud-native infrastructure technologies
