📋 Description

• Own end-to-end test management across all SDLC phases, including SIT, regression, UAT, and production readiness validation • Coordinate testing schedules, environments, resources, and dependencies across QE teams and product domains • Manage QE flexpool capacity and prioritize resource allocation based on release risk and business impact • Activate and manage short-term vendor QE capacity, including onboarding, ramp, and wind-down • Own UAT scheduling, environment readiness, business tester enablement, defect triage, and formal sign-off coordination • Validate acceptance criteria alignment and stakeholder readiness before release cycles • Facilitate business sign-off meetings and maintain approval records for release go/no-go decisions • Build and maintain a centralized QE knowledge base, including processes, standards, runbooks, onboarding guides, lessons learned, and retrospectives • Capture and disseminate post-mortem findings, root cause analyses, and process improvements • Maintain standard test plans, strategies, and test case repositories • Optimize end-to-end regression using a risk-based approach • Manage and triage defects and facilitate defect review meetings • Track and report test execution metrics, defect trends, test coverage, pass/fail rates, and capacity utilization • Maintain production readiness checklists and support release readiness reviews

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in QA/QE with 5+ years in complex, multi-team test planning, coordination, or test management • Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end test cycles across multiple teams, vendors, and concurrent releases • Experience managing contingent or vendor QE resources, including capacity planning and prioritization • Proficiency with JIRA and defect management and test management tools such as Zephyr, AIO, TestRail, Xray, or equivalent • Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing types • Experience facilitating UAT with business stakeholders and driving formal sign-off processes • Ability to clearly communicate test status, risks, and blockers to technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with formal acceptance criteria and Definition of Done practices • Experience managing a QE flex or staff augmentation model with vendor partners • Background in eCommerce, restaurant technology, or POS platform testing • Familiarity with test data management approaches including databases, JSON, and flat files • Exposure to performance and user experience testing, including Accessibility and Localization • Experience supporting PCI or SOX compliance testing • Knowledge management platform experience such as Confluence, SharePoint, Notion, or equivalent • ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification
