📋 Description

• Lead live, video-based tutoring sessions (small groups of 2–4 students or 1:1) in Math and/or ELA • Prepare for each session using provided lesson plans and materials • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment • Build rapport with students and encourage active participation • Adapt instruction to varying student abilities, learning styles, and needs • Administer ongoing informal assessments and adjust support accordingly • Deliver consistent, high-quality tutoring aligned with curriculum standards • Acknowledge and implement feedback from quality assurance observations • Collaborate with the team and communicate proactively via Slack • Respond to emergency sub requests when available

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to tutor Math and ELA for elementary students (Grades 3–5) • Ability to tutor at least one subject for middle and high school students (Grades 6–12) • Strong verbal communication skills and comfort facilitating live virtual sessions • Proven ability to engage students and build rapport • Strong time management, organizational skills, and reliability • Adaptability to diverse student learning styles and needs • Tech readiness: stable internet, webcam, microphone, and distraction-free workspace • Willingness to receive feedback and engage in continuous improvement
