• 1-2 years of experience in business development or 4-5 years of experience in the classroom • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • Prior experience in business development, sales, or account management • Strong and empathetic verbal communication • High level of comfort making cold calls • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve • Attention to detail and excellent written communication skills • Hunger to learn, grow, and succeed within a fast-paced startup environment
