📋 Description

• Contribute within the specific Therapeutic Area (TA) and interact with a continuum of stakeholders • Ensure meaningful and collaborative scientific exchange through engagement activities to globally impact strategies • Manage the operations of the client’s Investigator Studies Program • Manage Congress Operations activity for the TA • Provide congress support for the TA • Contribute to the development and refinement of the TA Scientific and Medical Affairs Strategic Plan for Our Company Research Laboratories • Ensure oversight of activities to globally impact the scientific strategy for the TA

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of pharmaceutical or healthcare-related experience in internal or external scientific research operations • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational awareness skills • Resilience, collaborative and interpersonal skills • Ability to coordinate across divisions • Ability to lead without direct authority over a continuum of stakeholders • Research database proficiency • Experience with Microsoft Office applications • Bachelor's degree
