📋 Description

• Design and execute multi-channel recruitment marketing campaigns using talent acquisition technology and digital platforms • Create and curate employer brand content for recruitment platforms and channels • Analyze ATS and recruitment data to inform strategic planning • Create recruitment progress reports and refine job postings for clarity and SEO optimization • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to align recruitment efforts and address sourcing challenges • Develop creative solutions for cohesive, company-wide talent attraction • Plan and execute participation at strategic hiring and industry events • Expand Parexel's talent network and enhance direct candidate engagement • Contribute to recruitment strategy from planning through execution • Manage vendor relationships and help optimize the candidate journey

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, professional, and progressive environment • Experience with databases, resume/candidate tracking systems, and job boards • Intermediate Microsoft-based application skills, particularly PowerPoint and Excel • Fluent in English, verbally and in writing • Ability to work autonomously and project manage tasks from start to completion • Strong strategic planning and milestone management skills • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills • Strict attention to detail when editing materials • Strong prioritization and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively • Flexible and change-oriented approach to work assignments and continuous learning • Client-focused mindset • Comfort working with recruitment technology platforms and job boards • Preferred: experience with photo editing software and Adobe Creative Suite • Preferred: exposure to a recruitment or HR group
