📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end feature development from problem discovery through production deployment • Scope features, design architecture, deploy solutions, and iterate using live user data • Integrate AI tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude into daily development workflows • Make autonomous decisions and fill requirement gaps in ambiguous situations • Deploy MVPs rapidly to gather real-world feedback and prioritize validated learning • Collaborate directly with stakeholders and users to understand pain points and translate them into scalable software • Work cross-functionally to remove blockers and maintain a high shipping cadence • Shape the Polkadot research vision and roadmap by translating ecosystem needs into tools and experiences that accelerate platform adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications • Ideally experience with TypeScript, React, or similar frameworks • Strong understanding of frontend architecture • Experience with component-driven development • Knowledge of modern build pipelines • Good understanding of system design • Ability to work with complex systems • Strong product intuition for applying AI to solve real user problems • Ability to work remotely and flexibly • Must undergo a third-party background check through Zinc upon receiving an offer • Must keep camera turned on during interviews without a virtual background
