📋 Description

• Lead program analysis and assessment efforts across the acquisition support portfolio • Synthesize findings for Government leadership • Develop executive-level status reports, metrics, and briefing materials • Lead process-improvement and efficiency initiatives • Develop SOPs and best practices • Serve as a senior analytical point of contact across acquisition, financial, and grants functional areas • Mentor mid-level and junior program analysts • Quality-review analyst deliverables • Support policy, compliance, and audit-readiness activities from a program-analysis perspective • Represent the program support team in Government leadership meetings as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus 7–10 years of program analysis or program/business support experience, or a Master's degree plus 5 years of relevant experience • Ability to obtain and maintain a Moderate Risk Public Trust determination • U.S. citizenship required to support this federal contract • Extensive experience leading program analysis and assessment efforts for Government stakeholders • Demonstrated experience briefing senior Government leadership • Experience leading or mentoring analyst-level staff • Experience directly supporting DOI, IBC, or another civilian shared-services program office (preferred) • Experience with Power BI or other data-visualization/dashboard tools (preferred) • PMP or similar program/project management credential (preferred)
