📋 Description

• Lead delivery and deployment of PAR Retail’s Platform for new and existing customers • Collaborate across Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and third parties to ensure high-quality, on-time program delivery • Facilitate workshops and meetings across cross-functional teams • Own end-to-end project delivery, including scope, timeline, budget, and quality • Build relationships with project teams, customers, and business stakeholders as a trusted point of contact • Manage change, bridge communication gaps, resolve conflicts, and drive alignment • Identify risks and cross-team dependencies and drive mitigation • Provide regular status reporting and escalate issues with proposed paths forward • Lead multiple concurrent projects and balance competing priorities and deadlines • Navigate ambiguity and bring clarity in a fast-paced environment • Drive measurable outcomes including predictability, on-time delivery, and customer satisfaction • Perform other duties as required

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required • At least 3 years of Agile Delivery experience utilizing Scrum, Kanban or SAFe methodologies • At least 3 years of Technology/Software Project Delivery experience • Certification(s) a plus: CSM, CSP, SAFe, or PMP • 2+ years of experience using Jira and Confluence • Experience in the retail and/or payments industry is a plus • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal and listening skills; able to present technical subject matter across a variety of stakeholder levels • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills • Self-driven with the ability to work in a self-guided manner • Great organization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities • Legally authorized to work in the U.S. or Canada
