📋 Description

• Assist with on-site property inspections • Perform final review of appraisal reports and client deliverables for USPAP compliance • Ensure subject property site and physical improvement descriptions, as well as surrounding area descriptions, are accurate based on inspection observations • Oversee preparation of necessary exhibits and memos illustrating inspections • Travel frequently to on-site properties based on assigned work requests, with travel exceeding 50% per month • Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports • Participate in internal and external client meetings as needed • Build relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation, and ensure quality and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Must permanently reside in or within commuting distance of the Omaha, NE metro area • Issued and active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least 1 state, with willingness to become licensed in multiple states • A certified general real estate license is required; applicants without a CG license will not be considered • MAI designation or candidate, preferred • Bachelor's degree, preferably (but not required) in Accounting, Finance, Economics or other relevant field required • Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal • Active driver’s license and ability to easily travel between states • Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management strongly desired • Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams • Must be able to drive to asset tours; airline travel may also be necessary • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone and via emails • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading information from printed sources and computer screen • Must be able to read, write, speak & comprehend English
