📋 Description

• Assist with on-site property inspections • Perform final review of appraisal reports and client deliverables for USPAP compliance • Review subject property site and physical improvement descriptions and surrounding area descriptions observed during inspections • Prepare necessary exhibits and memos to illustrate inspections • Travel frequently to on-site properties based on assigned work requests, with travel exceeding 50% per month • Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports • Participate in internal and external client meetings as needed • Build relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation, and ensure quality and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license issued and active in at least 1 state; applicants without a CG license will not be considered • Willingness to become licensed in multiple states • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field, required • Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal • Active driver's license • Ability to easily travel between states • Strong attention to detail • Excellent time/calendar management • Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams • Must permanently reside in or within commuting distance of the Charlotte, NC metro area • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English • Must be able to drive to asset tours; airline travel may also be necessary • Ability to communicate clearly in person, over the telephone, and via email • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading printed sources and computer screens
