📋 Description

• Assist with on-site property inspections • Perform final review of appraisal reports and client deliverables for USPAP compliance • Review subject property site and physical improvement descriptions and surrounding area descriptions observed during inspections • Prepare necessary exhibits and memos illustrating inspections • Travel frequently to on-site properties based on assigned work requests; travel is 50%+ per month • Manage travel arrangements and associated expense reports • Participate in internal and external client meetings as needed • Build relationships with market and business line leaders to exchange best practices, accelerate innovation, and ensure quality and consistency

🎯 Requirements

• Must permanently reside in or within Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana, or the panhandle of Florida • Issued and active Certified General Real Estate Appraiser license in at least one state, with willingness to become licensed in multiple states • Active Certified General Appraiser License required; applicants without a CG license will not be considered • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or another relevant field • MAI designation or candidate preferred • Strategic understanding of commercial real estate appraisal • Active driver's license and ability to travel easily between states • Strong attention to detail and excellent time/calendar management desired • Prior experience and expertise with Microsoft products, especially Outlook and Teams • Must be able to communicate clearly in person, by telephone, and email • Must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English • Must be able to drive to asset tours; airline travel may also be necessary • Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties, including reading printed and computer-screen information
