📋 Description

• Active Headhunting: Don’t wait for applicants. Proactively source candidates on LinkedIn, Twitter, Discord, and GitHub to find "whispering talent" for marketing, operations, and legal roles. • Vetting & Screening: Conduct rigorous initial interviews to filter for "the eye," technical Web3 literacy, and cultural fit. • Pipeline Management: Move candidates through the interview funnel with speed. In our world, the best talent is off the market in days, not weeks. • Offer Negotiation: Act as the bridge between the company and the candidate. You must be comfortable explaining our high-performance culture and our Web3-integrated compensation structures. • Market Intelligence: Stay updated on salary benchmarks and talent trends within both the Canadian creative scene.

🎯 Requirements

• Recruitment Experience: 3+ years in a fast-paced recruitment role (Agency or In-house). Experience in Tech, Marketing, or Web3 recruitment is a massive plus. • The "Hunter" Instinct: You enjoy the chase. You know how to craft a "cold" message that actually gets a response from high-level talent. • Web3 Fluency: You understand the basics of the blockchain ecosystem. You can tell if a candidate actually knows their way around a wallet or if they are just using buzzwords. • High Autonomy: You will be working remotely and managing your own desk. You must be organized, results-driven, and capable of hitting hiring targets without hand-holding.
