• Prepare monthly financial forecasts, integrating actual results, trends, and projected expenditures. • Validate, process, and track vendor invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance with contract terms. • Prepare and submit monthly accrual entries to support accurate period-end financial reporting. • Produce monthly budget updates and contract spend reports, highlighting variances and spending trends. • Support governance reporting requirements by preparing accurate, timely financial and operational data. • Create and manage purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and accurate financial coding. • Prepare and maintain Service Entry Sheets (SES) in 1GX (SAP Ariba) ensuring timely approvals and accurate documentation of goods and services received. • Develop, maintain, and update process documentation related to financial and contracting workflows. • Manage project records in accordance with corporate records management standards and retention policies. • Manage and respond to audit-related inquiries, information requests, and documentation needs from internal and external stakeholders. • Develop cost models and conduct cost analyses to support budgeting, planning, and operational decision-making. • Analyze historical and forecasted data to identify financial trends, risks, and improvement opportunities. • Prepare clear, data-driven insights and recommendations for leadership.
