📋 Description

• Build and maintain strong relationships with DDx customers and clinical trial managers as the primary technical implementation contact • Provide hands-on technical implementation support with customer IT and internal development teams • Manage implementation tasks, schedules, risks, and issues • Communicate regularly with customers regarding implementation progress • Support external clients as an application expert and escalation point for the support team • Participate in an on-call rotation

🎯 Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in client-facing SaaS implementation roles • Strong analytical skills and operating rigor • Experience handling difficult customers or situations and demonstrating resolutions • Strong understanding of the business and products • Ability to research and self-start in areas requiring learning • Familiarity with HL7 interface implementation • Hands-on experience with market-leading laboratory information systems such as Epic Beaker, Novopath, or Cerner Millenium is preferred • Fluent spoken and written English required • Portuguese or French preferred • Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation • Travel under 20%
