📋 Description

• Represent the company at client and prospective client locations to physically review client records and assets, verify collateral position, and confirm financial information and reporting • Review and analyze client collateral performance • Verify client recordkeeping accuracy • Verify and analyze client reporting to the Bank and reconcile it to Bank records when requested • Verify facilities are managed according to approved client narratives • Perform survey exams at prospective borrower locations • Perform exams and workout transactions and recommend exit strategies to senior management • Spread and analyze client financial statements to assess financial performance and cash flow • Communicate regularly with the Credit Department before, during, and after field exams • Prepare written reports summarizing results and recommendations • Schedule audits with clients • Track time spent at client locations to ensure proper client billing • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience • Typically, 5+ years with bachelor's or equivalent • Action oriented • Detail oriented • Communication Skills • Customer Focus • Ability to represent the company at client and prospective client locations • Ability to physically review client records and assets • Ability to analyze collateral, financial statements, performance, and cash flow • Ability to prepare clear and concise written reports • Willingness to schedule audits and track time spent at client locations
