📋 Description

• Own the VoIP product strategy and roadmap • Serve as the central product partner across Sales, Onboarding, Support, Engineering, and leadership • Develop understanding of the VoIP market, competitive landscape, customer needs, and core functionality • Identify product gaps and define plans for feature parity, usability, reliability, and competitive differentiation • Own and prioritize VoIP workflows including number porting, workgroups, contact center functionality, app navigation, and regulatory requirements • Translate customer and market needs into product requirements, user stories, priorities, and execution plans • Partner with Engineering from discovery through launch • Work with Sales, Onboarding, and Support to identify customer pain points and resolve escalations • Establish processes and documentation to close organizational gaps • Monitor product performance, customer feedback, competitive developments, and operational trends • Define what to build to compete with incumbent VoIP providers in the SMB market • Communicate priorities, progress, tradeoffs, and decisions to stakeholders and leadership

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product operations, project management, or a related role • Ideally experience in SaaS, communications, or fintech • Strong understanding of VoIP, UCaaS, communications, or contact center products • Experience taking products or features from discovery through development and launch • Strong cross-functional leadership skills and ability to create alignment across teams without direct authority • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Strong customer mindset and ability to translate customer problems into clear product opportunities • Ability to operate strategically while diving into tactical details • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment where processes and priorities are evolving
