📋 Description

• Serve as a technical leader for enterprise infrastructure spanning Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, AWS, and core SaaS platforms • Partner with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders to design scalable, resilient solutions • Direct outage response efforts, coordinate across teams, and communicate status to stakeholders • Lead root cause analysis and drive corrective actions to prevent recurrence • Own and maintain high-availability infrastructure across multiple locations and cloud environments • Lead infrastructure implementations, migrations, upgrades, and acquisition integrations from planning through execution • Administer identity and access management platforms, including Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft Entra • Support enterprise datacenter compute, storage, networking, and disaster recovery systems • Mentor others and translate complex technical topics into actionable guidance • Develop and maintain infrastructure documentation, standards, and operational procedures • Champion automation and process improvement opportunities • Participate in 24x7 operational support as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure • Demonstrated leadership in incident response and cross-team coordination • Proven experience operating and maintaining high-availability environments • Extensive experience with Windows Server, Hyper-V, and VMware administration • Experience with Active Directory, ADFS, and Microsoft Entra • Experience managing Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWS environments • Experience supporting enterprise networking and telecommunications systems • Proven track record leading root cause analysis and driving preventive measures • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to translate complex technical issues for varied audiences • Ability to build and maintain effective partnerships across teams • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience (preferred) • Experience administering Palo Alto Networks firewalls • Experience deploying and supporting Cisco Meraki networking solutions • Knowledge of network segmentation, zero trust principles, and enterprise security architecture • Familiarity with Intune and MaaS360 • Exposure to compliance frameworks such as HIPAA, SOC 2, and NIST
