📋 Description

• Provide day-to-day application security and system configuration support and administration • Manage help desk tickets related to configuration • Analyze and resolve complex access and system issues in PeopleSoft • Develop and maintain documentation related to design, implementation, and processes • Lead and direct the design, development, configuration, maintenance of Supply Chain workflow and workflow processes • Lead security audits and respond to compliance, security breach, and policy/procedure violation issues • Collaborate with ERP development teams on PeopleSoft-related issues through all project phases • Support Supply Chain ERP modules including requisitioning, procurement, contract management, sourcing, and inventory • Educate others on the latest features and functionality to improve application efficiency • Support the direct supervisor and managing team with thought leadership • Integrate Supply Chain business processes with system data

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or 8 years equivalent experience • 10 years of advanced experience in fundamental concepts of system security, configuration, workflow, and error processing • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Visio, and Application Designer • Advanced experience in PeopleSoft Workflow administration, security, and configuration • Experience working with database and network administrators to enforce security requirements • Ability to present information to various stakeholders, including all levels of management • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and excellent work ethic • Strategic and critical thinking • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to resolve problems, develop partnerships, and find resolutions • Extensive experience in PeopleSoft or a supply chain- or healthcare-based ERP system • Salesforce knowledge and development desired
