📋 Description

• Ensures stable operation of DLA’s computer software systems and network connections • Planning, developing, installing, configuring, maintaining network software • Analyzes and resolves end user software program and connectivity issues • Provides end user training • Provides recommendations on technology direction • Local and remote maintenance support • General maintenance, upgrades, and new installs of servers and applications • Applies advanced technical knowledge of application networking

🎯 Requirements

• Seven (7) years of progressive experience in Information Processing • Six years in specialized Information Processing disciplines involving hardware/software solutions • Four years of hands-on experience in software issues • Experience developing executive level presentations • Experience with business intelligence tools, Qlik or Power BI preferred • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Proven experience as a systems administrator with expertise in Corporate Performance Management Platform • If Privileged access required, must possess IT-II – Sensitive clearance • Clearance: Secret • IA Level: IAT II • 81401-M Baseline Certification required • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
