📋 Description

• Install and configure software, hardware, and services. • Manage cloud solutions, servers, and networks. • Implement and maintain security measures, including access control lists and firewalls. • Manage backup and recovery systems. • Monitor system performance and conduct necessary maintenance. • Plan and procure technical equipment and software subscriptions. • Provide expert guidance on system options, requirements, and cost-benefit analysis. • Establish and maintain an internal documentation portal. • Plan and implement system enhancements. • Handle user onboarding and offboarding. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role. • Strong knowledge of Windows (administrator level), and Linux (experienced user level). • Proficiency with virtualization, primarily Microsoft Hyper-V. • Expertise in Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra ID, Microsoft Intune, and Enterprise Application Deployment. • Solid networking experience (firewalls, routing, VLANs, ACLs, VPN, Wireless APs, etc.). • Familiarity with Atlassian Stack (Jira Cloud / Confluence Cloud). • Experience with backup/recovery software tools or services. • Basic RDBMS administration and SQL skills. • Proficiency in scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python) for task automation. • Experience using modern AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Codex, Microsoft Copilot, etc.) to improve productivity, automate routine administrative tasks, assist with scripting, troubleshooting, documentation, and system administration where appropriate. • Strong English language skills (company's official language). • Understanding of SSL/TLS certificates. • BSc/Ba in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline; professional certification (e.g., Microsoft, Azure, or networking certifications) is a plus.
