📋 Description

• Define and evolve the long-term architecture strategy for Pax8's revenue technology stack • Design and govern integrations across customer relationship management, marketing automation, event management, and internal business systems • Lead architectural reviews for strategic initiatives • Evaluate configuration, customization, and third-party solution options • Collaborate with business leaders, administrators, developers, and operational teams to transform requirements into technical designs • Establish architectural standards for data design, security, integration patterns, governance, and platform lifecycle management • Drive enterprise-wide data governance practices • Provide technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship across Salesforce, marketing technology, and revenue operations teams • Identify opportunities to modernize platforms, reduce technical debt, and improve operational efficiency • Act as the escalation point for complex cross-platform challenges • Monitor vendor roadmaps and emerging technologies • Ensure architectural decisions align with security standards, compliance requirements, and data protection practices • Help Pax8 build a managed intelligence marketplace that empowers small businesses with smarter technology

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience designing and architecting enterprise-scale customer relationship management and marketing technology ecosystems • Deep expertise with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud and Configure, Price, Quote solutions • Strong experience designing sophisticated marketing automation environments and supporting lead management strategies • Demonstrated success integrating event management platforms into broader revenue technology architectures • Proven ability to design secure, scalable integrations using APIs, middleware, and integration platforms • Strong knowledge of enterprise data modeling, governance, quality management, and system interoperability • Experience driving platform delivery standards, release governance, and modern DevOps practices • Ability to lead technical design discussions and influence decisions across multiple business and technical stakeholders • Exceptional communication skills with a talent for translating complex concepts into business-focused outcomes • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and practical experience • Valid right to work in United States • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect or Salesforce Application/System Architect certifications (preferred) • Salesforce Certified Integration Architecture Designer (preferred) • Adobe Marketo Certified Expert (preferred) • Successful candidates must complete pre-employment ID verification, reference requests, and qualification checks
