📋 Description

• Lead early client implementations and build scalable implementation processes, tools, documentation, and team structure • Own the client launch experience from post-sale handoff through kickoff, discovery, configuration, data readiness, testing, training, go-live, and early post-launch support • Build implementation processes, templates, checklists, discovery guides, launch plans, training materials, and handoff standards • Define launch success criteria and establish launch readiness standards • Track implementation status, risks, open items, client readiness, dependencies, scope, timelines, and milestones • Lead client implementations from kickoff through go-live and early adoption • Serve as the main implementation owner and escalation point • Lead kickoff calls, discovery sessions, workflow reviews, status meetings, training sessions, and launch readiness reviews • Lead discovery to understand client goals, processes, roles, workflows, data, reporting needs, and success criteria • Translate client requirements into implementation steps and configuration decisions • Oversee client setup, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, forms, templates, notifications, dashboards, and documents • Build quality checks and test plans; coordinate client testing and track defects, questions, and changes • Coordinate data readiness, mapping, validation, imports, employee records, organizational structures, and related setup items • Coordinate integrations, data exchanges, user provisioning, SSO, SFTP, APIs, and other supported connection methods • Troubleshoot setup, access, data, workflow, and integration issues; escalate technical blockers while owning client communication • Design and deliver role-based training and create training materials, quick-reference guides, communication templates, and documentation • Lead launch-day and early post-launch support; monitor adoption risks and training gaps • Ensure a clean handoff to Client Success and Account Management • Partner with Product, Engineering, Operations, Client Success, Support, Sales, and Compliance to resolve blockers and improve implementations • Document implementation risks, product gaps, and improvement opportunities • Define a scalable plan for the implementation function as client demand grows

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in SaaS implementation, client onboarding, professional services, customer success operations, HR technology, workforce technology, background screening, compliance operations, or a similar client-facing environment • 3+ years leading complex client implementations, implementation teams, or cross-functional launch programs • Experience managing multiple client launches or implementation projects simultaneously • Experience gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and translating client needs into system setup or implementation tasks • Experience supporting data migration, data mapping, record transfer, system transition, or setup from prior client systems • Experience working with technical teams on integrations, data imports, data mapping, user provisioning, SSO, APIs, SFTP, or system-to-system handoffs • Experience building implementation playbooks, project plans, training materials, process documentation, or launch frameworks • Strong client-facing communication skills, including leading senior client conversations and managing escalations • Strong project management, organization, documentation, and follow-through • Ability to work in a growing product environment where processes may not be fully defined • Must have a dedicated workspace suitable for focused work • Must have stable, secure, high-speed internet • Must have adequate lighting and minimal background noise for professional video calls • Ability to work comfortably in a remote environment • Ability to remain stationary for extended periods while working on a computer • Ability to lift and carry up to 5 pounds occasionally • Project management certification or formal implementation methodology experience is helpful but not required • Preferred: direct experience implementing HCM, HRIS, onboarding, workforce management, employee records, payroll-adjacent, or related HR technology solutions • Preferred: experience with employment screening, background checks, drug screening, workforce compliance, document management, workflow automation, or related operational systems • Preferred: experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, Zendesk, Smartsheet, Monday.com, Excel, Google Sheets, Confluence, Lucidchart, or similar systems
