📋 Description

• Engage directly with clients and prospects to deliver solution presentations and communicate Paylocity’s value proposition • Support and participate in webinars and other client-facing events • Assist the Enablement team with ad hoc tasks and cross-functional initiatives • Partner with Solutions Consultants to prepare for product engagement, discovery, and solution presentations • Maintain foundational knowledge of Paylocity’s product suite, features, and value propositions • Provide input on client challenges and contribute ideas for potential solutions • Collaborate with Solutions Consultants, Sales, Service, and other go-to-market functions • Attend internal training sessions and team meetings to build product and industry knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma required • 2–5 years of experience in a client-facing or operational role required • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment • Excellent communication and organizational skills • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate computers and phone systems, type, and use multiple software programs simultaneously • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Work authorization/location within the U.S. implied by the role being remote within the U.S.
