📋 Description

• Partner with Global Payroll Consultants and internal and external stakeholders to ensure shared ownership of project deliverables and outcomes • Lead project teams through engagement and collaboration • Coordinate project kick-off meetings with clients and in-country payroll partners • Present the Paylocity Welcome Package, project scope, and timelines • Collaborate with clients and partners on project plans, milestones, deliverables, and responsibilities • Define, set up, and validate client payroll data, processes, and local payroll requirements • Ensure client payroll calendars are executed timely and effectively during hyper care • Define, agree to, and configure interfaces, preferences, processes, and reports for parallel and live payrolls • Validate data and setup requirements before go-live • Train clients on all aspects of the payroll platform • Establish employee and statutory payment and banking processes with clients, Finance, and in-country payroll partners • Monitor employee payment execution during hyper care to ensure successful net pay deposits • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver ancillary services projects, including GL reports and HRIS integrations • Serve as the principal client point of contact and advocate for project matters • Report project status to the Director of Client Services and other management or senior leadership • Lead recurring status meetings, identify risks, actions, issues, and dependencies, and provide recaps and follow-ups • Collaborate across departments to improve company processes and procedures • Support internal projects, focus groups, postmortems, growth, and business transformation initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • Minimum of 5 years of client management experience in the payroll/HCM industry • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in implementation/project management in a Software-as-a-Service environment • Pro-active, thorough approach to problem solving • Customer-focused, service-oriented approach • Exceptional communication skills and ability to adapt communication style to varied stakeholders, including those whose first language is not English • Ability to assess situations, determine importance, urgency, and risks, and make timely decisions • Strong organizational skills, including establishing priorities, developing work plans, assessing progress, and paying attention to detailed data and information • Resilience in adversity and ability to manage stress in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Detail-oriented approach with emphasis on accuracy and quality • Ability to work independently and on a team • Confidence dealing with ambiguity, uncertainty, and rapid change • Proven record of delivering projects on time with high customer satisfaction • Ability to plan and organize workload • Preferred: deep understanding of software implementations, preferably payroll processing software • Preferred: knowledge/exposure to domestic and international HCM solutions • Preferred: experience in a business undergoing substantial growth and change, with change management skills • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Must work securely with clients, internal teams, and partners across the globe
