📋 Description

• Coordinate and complete projects on time, within budget, and within scope • Facilitate project scope, goals, and deliverables • Develop detailed project plans and manage implementation processes, including resource allocation, progress tracking, change control, testing, documentation, training, and delivery • Coordinate complex initiatives and projects from initiation through completion • Maintain project plans and deliverables and communicate milestones and progress • Create and maintain documentation with department managers • Coordinate project meetings with internal and cross-functional teams • Generate meeting materials and post-meeting deliverables • Identify and mitigate project risks and create contingency plans • Set project goals and milestones, define requirements, and develop targets • Detect, track, and resolve project issues • Identify internal improvement opportunities and develop implementation plans • Collaborate across business units to control resource requests in alignment with budgets and project plans • Solicit customer feedback and benchmark external best practices • Identify key metrics and monitor critical activities and progress • Leverage data to generate organization and people insights to support decision-making • Perform administrative tasks including meeting and workshop logistics, room bookings, catering, and visitor registration • Provide regular project progress and status updates • Recommend improvements and troubleshoot implementation issues • Drive initiatives supporting department and organizational goals • Maintain project status documentation and adjust resources and plans to meet requirements • Demonstrate commitment to Paylocity Core Values

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent • Minimum two years' People and/or Project Leadership Experience • Minimum one year Implementation or Project Management experience • Experience working with large teams on projects that are deadline-driven • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task • Excellent presentation and customer service skills • Demonstrated leadership experience within a customer service focused organization • Less than 10% travel as needed • Bachelor's Degree and/or PMP certification preferred • Majors Client Management experience preferred • Two years' Implementation or Project Management experience preferred • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel • HCM or SaaS implementation experience • Experience mentoring and/or developing others • Ability to influence without direct line reporting • Collaborative approach to decision making on teams • Strong communications skills, strategic discernment, high integrity, assertiveness, humility, and ability to work across multiple stakeholders • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Must be located in the U.S.
