📋 Description

• Support administration of employee leaves in accordance with federal, state, and company policies • Assist with intake and tracking of employee leave of absence requests, including FMLA, ADA, parental leave, and short-term disability • Communicate with employees about documentation requirements, timelines, and leave status updates • Maintain confidential and accurate leave records in HR systems • Coordinate with Payroll, Benefits, and HR Business Partners for leave processing and benefit continuation • Monitor leave timelines and follow up on certifications, return-to-work forms, and extensions • Respond to basic employee and manager inquiries about leave policies and procedures • Support compliance efforts by learning applicable leave laws and company policies • Assist with reports on LOA metrics and trends • Collaborate regularly with the LOA team, HR Business Partners, and People Relations Partners

🎯 Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred • 0–2 years of experience in HR, benefits, or administrative support • Leave experience is a plus, but not required • Familiarity with FMLA, ADA, and other leave policies is a plus; training will be provided • Strong attention to detail • Ability to maintain confidentiality • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Comfortable working with HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and basic reporting tools • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines • Must be available five days per week during designated work hours • Ability to sit for extended periods, typically 7–8 hours a day • Ability to operate a computer, use phone systems, and type • Must be able to work within the U.S.
