📋 Description

• Conduct field service and remote assignments to support dealers, authorized repair shops, and technical centers throughout Europe • Diagnose and resolve complex technical incidents in customer vehicles, including advanced electrical/electronic and multiplexing faults • Analyze issues affecting individual vehicles as well as systematic fault patterns impacting multiple vehicles • Define immediate and corrective actions • Use OEM diagnostic tools such as wiTECH POD and DiagBOX VCI for guided diagnostics, software updates, reprogramming, and parameterization • Handle individual cases as well as cross-functional technical issues affecting entire fleets • Prepare clear technical reports and case updates • Coach technicians and provide hands-on guidance • Feed recurring issues into continuous improvement processes

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive experience in vehicle diagnostics, technical support, workshop operations, or field service • Demonstrated ability to resolve complex electrical/electronic faults • Hands-on experience with OEM diagnostic tools • Proficiency in reading wiring diagrams and technical documentation • Experience collaborating with workshops, engineering teams, or technical teams • Ability to support and guide technicians • Preferred: experience in field service or multi-site support, multi-brand experience, and a background in technical support for an OEM or importer • Modern vehicle systems: powertrain, ADAS, body electronics • Networks: CAN / LIN / FlexRay • Diagnostic techniques: root cause analysis, guided diagnostics, flashing • Good written and spoken English required • Additional European languages are an advantage
