📋 Description

• Architect and implement comprehensive automated testing frameworks across multiple feature domains • Lead strategic test planning for complex epics and feature sets, considering technical dependencies and risk mitigation • Design and optimize scalable test solutions ensuring reliability and maintainability • Drive defect prevention strategies and quality initiatives across multiple teams • Collaborate with cross-functional groups to identify and address testing bottlenecks • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers • Develop and maintain comprehensive test coverage strategies • Balance quality objectives with release timelines effectively • Act as a quality champion, embedding quality principles early in the development lifecycle • Drive continuous improvement in testing processes and automation frameworks • Represent QA interests in architectural discussions and technical decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field • Minimum 5+ years of experience in software testing and automation • Advanced proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools • Strong knowledge of software design patterns and architecture • Experience with cloud-based testing environments • Deep understanding of performance and security testing concepts • Proficiency in CI/CD tools and pipeline optimization • Version control systems expertise (Git preferred) • Database concepts and SQL knowledge • Strong programming skills in an automation framework (Cypress, Playwright, Selenium) • Deep understanding of software architecture patterns and system design • Experience leading testing efforts for large-scale applications • Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities • Experience with agile development methodologies
