📋 Description

• Develop comprehensive designs, technical specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements • Create innovative, scalable, and cost-effective technical solutions for new and existing clients • Lead implementations from initial concept and design through testing and deployment • Serve as the key project and client-facing representative • Ensure timely delivery and adherence to project milestones • Evaluate business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements and assess feasibility • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to distill requirements into functional requirements • Document solutions through Business Requirement Documents, Solution Design Documents, custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge base • Conduct existing solution reviews and performance optimizations • Serve as a trusted advisor and technical expert during pre-sales meetings and implementation processes • Engage with C-level executives and cross-functional teams across GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, and Data

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive and strategic thinking • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities • Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and related technologies • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, etc. • Strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities • Fintech background strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel as needed
