📋 Description

• Develop technical designs, specifications, and solution blueprints aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements • Create scalable and cost-effective technical solutions for new and existing clients • Lead client-facing implementations from concept and design through testing and deployment • Manage project milestones and ensure timely delivery • Evaluate business, technical, security, reporting, legal, and regulatory requirements • Collaborate with internal and partner teams to define functional requirements • Document solutions through BRDs, SDDs, custom design flowcharts, and a project knowledge base • Review existing solutions and optimize performance, integrity, quality, and maintainability • Serve as a technical advisor during pre-sales meetings and implementation processes • Engage with C-level executives and cross-functional GTM, Product, R&D, Operations, and Data teams

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Solutions Architect or in a similar role • Proven track record of designing and delivering complex technical solutions • Strong attention to detail • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Ability to articulate technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences • Proactive and strategic thinking • Excellent multitasking and prioritization abilities • Familiarity with APIs, SaaS products, and related technologies • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Figma/Miro, Asana, Salesforce, Azure, etc. • Strong business understanding and basic comfort with commercials and contracts • Solid analytical, problem-solving, and leadership capabilities • Fintech background strongly preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • Willingness to travel as needed
