📋 Description

• Analyze financial, operational, commercial, and transformation data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and performance drivers • Develop recommendations and actionable insights supporting executive decision-making • Conduct ad hoc analyses for leadership reviews and strategic initiatives • Support enterprise KPI frameworks, performance monitoring, standardized metrics, and business unit reviews • Build and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting solutions using Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools • Improve reporting automation and reduce manual reporting effort • Support governance and reporting for strategic initiatives, including milestone, risk, dependency, and benefits-realization tracking • Prepare initiative dashboards and executive updates • Support PMO operating cadences and management reviews • Partner with business teams to improve data integrity and consistency • Validate key reports and business metrics and support data governance improvements • Support forecasting, scenario modeling, business case development, value-creation analysis, strategic planning, and transformation projects • Produce executive KPI dashboards, performance scorecards, value-creation tracking reports, transformation reporting, forecasting analyses, data visualizations, executive presentations, and performance insights

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, finance, strategy, consulting, business intelligence, PMO analytics, corporate development, or related functions • Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities • Experience with business reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
