• Administer international grants and coordinate with the Grant Management Office throughout the grant lifecycle • Support international partners, maintain grant records, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and donor requirements • Coordinate grant reporting and program communications, including project summaries, impact stories, and updates • Oversee grant and program financial processes, including budget monitoring, payment coordination, and financial reporting • Collaborate with Finance and Accounting to ensure responsible stewardship of resources • Support international disaster response and recovery program implementation, progress monitoring, outcome evaluation, and strategic engagement opportunities • Build and strengthen relationships with international partners and PC(USA) ministries • Represent Presbyterian Disaster Assistance in meetings, trainings, and partner engagements • Provide operational support to advance the goals and mission of the International Program
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent • 2–4 years of experience in the programmatic field • Proficiency using Microsoft Suite, including Outlook, Word, Teams, PowerPoint, and Excel, and other appropriate software • Understanding and knowledge of PC(USA) and its organizational structure is helpful • Ability to speak one or more languages other than English is very helpful • Service orientation, including anticipating needs and following through promptly and thoroughly • Problem-solving and creative, proactive decision-making abilities • Ability to maintain composure amid uncertainty and identify where special attention may be required after change occurs • Good stewardship of resources and ability to monitor expenses for cost-effectiveness and efficiency • Intercultural competence and ability to build an inclusive environment • Ability to see, hear, speak, type, write, walk, stand, bend, and lift • Ability to communicate verbally in person and through technology and use a computer for extended periods • Ability to communicate via telephone, Zoom, and other computer technologies • Ability to read and understand written materials • Ability to communicate suitably in a church office environment
