📋 Description

• Serve as the sponsor's main point of contact for delivery questions from contract signature through event/campaign completion • Track all contracted deliverables per sponsor and maintain a delivery calendar/status tracker • Provide Finance and Accounting with delivery dates for sponsor contract items so revenue can be properly recognized • Promptly notify Finance and Accounting of changes or cancellations • Co-own with Marketing the timelines, assets, and promotion strategy for co-branded content • Coordinate sponsored dinner logistics and guest management with Events/Member Experience • Proactively flag execution risks to internal owners • Send sponsors regular status updates ahead of key milestones • Partner with Sponsorship Sales on handoff at contract signing

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in account management, client success, or program/project coordination • Strong cross-functional coordination skills • Comfortable chasing internal owners without formal authority over them • Experience managing multiple concurrent timelines/deliverables • Clear, proactive written and verbal communication for external-facing updates
