β’ Responsible for supporting the vendor services teams by providing daily traffic schedule reports β’ Reviewing open orders β’ De-escalating issues from vendors β’ Review/Update/approve Ship Override orders queued β’ Review CRM Sales Contracts- Redact/Upload/Update VMS Notes β’ Handle license discipline and expirations notifications received from the Appraisal Subcommittee website β’ Review/Process CRM queues request Vendor files, Vendor Apps, β’ Vendor support, Encompass order shipped, HW mailing β’ Maintain/Update vendor information within individual profiles β’ Process manual order entry for clients β’ May be responsible for processing vendor backgrounds, pending authorizations β’ May be responsible for client exclusionary list β’ Process new vendor onboarding documents β’ Support Vendor relations, Assigners, Status, Revisions and other staff as needed β’ Provide support to internal external clients based on client or company needs β’ Handle inbound client customer phone calls via Finesses β’ Respond to phone calls or emails regarding appraisal reports and processes β’ Trouble shoot issues with borrower mailing queue and submit helpdesk tickets as needed β’ Monitor Unpaid Orders queue β’ Perform clerical duties β’ Update client order submitted via Encompass β’ Update attendance hotline daily β’ Support Sales Department fee quotes β’ Support Wells Fargo fee quotes β’ Other duties as assigned, including cross training
β’ High School Diploma β’ 1+ years customer services experience β’ AMC or bank experience β’ Experience in fast paced environment β’ Prior Knowledge Customer Service principals β’ Appraisal Management and Review β’ Detailed oriented with excellent listening and analytical skills β’ Excellent verbal and written communication skills β’ Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks β’ Microsoft Office Suite (Word & Excel) intermediate level and above β’ Ability to resolve problems and remove barriers to problem resolution β’ Negotiation skills to reach mutual agreements with vendors over issues β’ Ability to work independently with moderate supervision
