📋 Description

• Lead project teams using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies • Develop and manage project plans covering scope, timelines, budget, and resource allocation • Collaborate with resource managers on team effectiveness, productivity insights, and technology roadmap planning • Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors • Monitor project performance and milestones against business goals • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and align priorities and deliverables • Identify project risks and issues, provide solutions, or escalate as needed • Manage and document scope changes • Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and progress updates • Encourage collaboration, accountability, and transparency • Serve as Scrum Master by facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, and removing blockers • Support IT and business teams through communication and achievable timelines • Report project status, risks, and accomplishments to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience • 7+ years experience as a Project Manager, Scrum Master, or similar role in IT environments • Proven ability to manage projects using Agile, Lean, Waterfall, Iterative and related project management methodologies • Proficiency with project management tools including Monday.com, JIRA, and/or MS Project • Familiarity with MS Office suite required • Experience with Tableau, PowerBI, and Advanced Excel highly preferred • PMP, CSM, or other project management/scrum certifications • Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check, including employment and education verification • Must successfully complete a 4-panel drug screen • Candidates must be able to clearly and confidently speak to all experience listed • AI tools may be used for resume formatting or drafting application materials, but copied job descriptions or unverifiable work history are not acceptable • Use of AI tools during interviews or assessments, unless explicitly permitted, will result in disqualification
