• Onboarding new employees and mentoring care management team • Performing documentation audits • Building clinical team members expertise through feedback and coaching • Ensuring overall excellence in all areas of care management • Mentoring new Care Managers and assisting with training • Assisting with monitoring performance standards and productivity • Presenting complex ideas and data to stakeholders
🎯 Requirements
• Current Registered Nurse license • 5 years of healthcare clinical experience • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing OR Associate of Science in Nursing Degree (ASN) • Management of Medicare and/or Medicaid populations • 5 years Care Management experience
