📋 Description

• **What You'll Be Doing** • - Launch and grow Pear Tree's UK market from day one • - Convert inbound opportunities into long-term client partnerships • - Build relationships with founders, executives, and business owners across the UK • - Identify and develop strategic partnerships and referral channels • - Design scalable sales processes and a repeatable go-to-market strategy • - Recruit, train, and lead future UK team members as the business grows • - Represent Pear Tree within the UK business community • *Note: this is not a recruiting or delivery role — your focus is commercial growth.*

🎯 Requirements

• **What We're Looking For** • - Proven track record in B2B sales or business development • - Demonstrated ability to generate revenue and close deals independently • - Experience managing both inbound pipelines and self-generated outbound activity • - Background in building or scaling a sales function, team, or new market • - Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with ambiguity and motivated by ownership • - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills • - Able to operate with high autonomy in a fast-growth environment • - Based in the UK
