📋 Description

• Perform operations and maintenance (O&M) and physical labor at commercial and industrial solar energy projects throughout the United States • Troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance on Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) equipment and work at data centers • Perform Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) of equipment as an authorized person and under properly performed LOTO conditions • Conduct daily safety and task planning discussions, including pre-task planning, Job Hazard Assessments (JHAs), and Risk Assessments (RAs) • Interact with vendors and customers in a professional manner • Support site work as a team member, potentially supervising onsite field work with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency • Work rotating shifts as required

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of electrical proficiency relating to electrical systems and components is required • 5+ years of Renewable energy experience is preferred • A commitment to safety and attention to detail with the ability to recognize potential issues and provide safe solutions • Post-secondary education is preferred • Electrical certifications are preferred such as OSHA 10, OSHA 30, and NFPA70E • Excellent written and verbal skills to meet Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) internal and external requirements is required • Candidates must be able to comply with OSHA Standards • Valid driver's license for at least a year • Ability to travel for up to six weeks at a time • Ability to work possible rotating shifts • Ability to prolong standing and work in ergonomic challenging positions • Ability to work in varied climates
