📋 Description

• Service and repair commercial HVAC equipment on telecom shelters at cell tower sites • Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, install, and replace cooling-system components • Conduct performance checks and regular HVAC maintenance • Perform additional maintenance or upgrades to out-of-season HVAC equipment • Respond promptly to service calls, including emergency call-outs • Complete daily work reports accurately and on time • Travel extensively each day to remote work sites in an independent work structure • Operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally

🎯 Requirements

• Level 2 or Universal EPA Certification required • 3+ years of HVAC maintenance experience; commercial experience preferred • Basic knowledge of electronic, mechanical, and electrical components, including refrigeration systems preferred • Effective verbal and email communication • Must comply with OSHA/FCC/FAA/EPA standards • Must be available for occasional after-hours and weekend call-outs • Must pass a Department of Transportation (DOT) physical • Must reside within 60 miles of Northampton, Massachusetts • Must be able to drive to remote work sites as needed • Must be able to work outdoors in ambient temperatures • Must be able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds • Must operate and maintain a motor vehicle safely and legally per company handbook and insurance requirements
