• Manage procurement, inventory, warehousing, and logistics for parts, materials, rental generators, and load banks • Source and order materials for assigned regions across the United States • Obtain and evaluate vendor quotes based on price, availability, lead time, and operational requirements • Prepare parts orders and request purchase orders through GENPOR • Maintain vendor relationships and identify sourcing opportunities • Monitor purchase orders and address delays, shortages, backorders, and supply issues • Respond to urgent parts and material requests from Operations and field technicians • Receive, verify, organize, label, stock, cycle count, pull, package, and ship warehouse materials • Maintain inventory, shipment, work-order, purchasing, and invoice records • Ensure warehouse activities comply with OSHA and workplace safety requirements • Review the Generator Parts Dashboard and associated queues • Track shipments and update work orders with delivery information • Verify invoices and supporting documentation against received goods • Obtain vendor pricing for commercial customer proposals • Coordinate parts requirements and pricing for commercial service opportunities • Order approved materials and track customer-approved orders through delivery • Partner with Operations, Sales, and internal teams to execute customer work • Schedule and coordinate rental generators and load banks • Track rental equipment location, availability, deployment, and return • Coordinate equipment movement with Operations, technicians, vendors, and project teams • Maintain rental equipment and logistics documentation
• High school diploma or equivalent required • Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, or supply chain preferred • Understanding of basic procurement and supply-chain processes • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple orders, requests, deadlines, and priorities simultaneously • Ability to compare vendor pricing, availability, and lead times • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors, technicians, Operations, Sales, and internal stakeholders • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel • Ability to learn inventory, procurement, and work-order management systems • Experience using inventory, ERP, purchasing, or work-order management software preferred • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly to urgent operational needs • Commitment to accurate records and established purchasing and inventory processes • Ability to comply with OSHA and workplace safety requirements • Preferred: experience supporting generator, critical power, electrical, field service, or equipment-service operations • Preferred: experience coordinating rental equipment or field-service logistics • Preferred: experience with multiple vendors and sourcing parts across geographic regions • Preferred: experience supporting commercial proposals, customer-approved purchases, or service-related parts procurement • Preferred: familiarity with generator parts, electrical components, load banks, or related critical-power equipment
