📋 Description

• Build and lead the team that executes flawlessly; scaling teams, systems and processes that deliver customer delight and healthy margins. • Own the execution of work orders and projects. • Accountable for everything technicians do, ensuring safety and quality. Customer experience and profitability is your outcome. • Responsible for 2 countries, 7 regions, and nearly 300 technicians. • Recruit, develop and lead field service managers to operate a customer-centric organization. • Seek long-term solutions and implement processes that simplify a complex industry. • Precisely manage subcontractors to high standards. • Build a field service team that is the standard of excellence within the EV industry.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of building teams, with a majority in renewable energy, preferably EV. • Deep Field Service operational expertise. • Demonstrated ability to scale rapidly without breaking things. • A contagious "whatever it takes" mindset and high-agency approach to problem solving. • Strategic thinking paired with hands-on execution capability. • Exceptional leadership and team-building skills with a record of attracting, developing, and retaining top talent. • Construction and commissioning experience; ability to spot opportunities and safety issues at any jobsite.
