📋 Description

• Troubleshoot inverters, combiner boxes and replace/repair string lines • Perform LOTO, IV Curve tracing, megger/insulation testing, and IR scans • Responsible for the operation and maintenance of solar power plants in accordance with established standards and procedures • Lead by example in maintaining safety protocols and operating with professionalism • Troubleshoot solar system problems and resolve issues in a timely manner • Responsible for documentation including, but not limited to, work orders, service orders, time logs, and emergency information schedules • Operate your Pearce motor vehicle safely and legally per the PEARCE Employee Handbook and insurance requirements • Maintain PEARCE company vehicle so that it is always clean, presentable, functional.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years' experience on commercial and/or utility scale solar sites • Experience with electrical and power electronics troubleshooting and repairs • Knowledge of environmental and safety policies and procedures and able to apply NFPA 70E/OSHA 10 training • Provide a working knowledge of troubleshooting electrical components with help and use of digital multi-meters, meggers, amp clamps, and similar equipment • Able to test installed equipment, ensuring proper working order including daily mechanical electrical inspections • Proficient with Microsoft office.
