📋 Description

• Advise the business on U.S. and international laws, regulations, and public policy developments, especially in healthcare, technology, and primary care • Develop trusted relationships with business partners and stay informed on key product developments • Draft policies, disclosures, and related processes to support ongoing compliance • Build scalable processes for delivering legal input across the company • Provide practical legal and strategic advice to internal teams on new products and customer experiences • Lead and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines • Partner with the General Counsel to navigate healthcare regulatory requirements and build legal infrastructure supporting provider and health-system partnerships

🎯 Requirements

• J.D. degree (or foreign equivalent) • Admission in good standing to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • At least 7 years of healthcare legal experience • Background in regulatory matters, contracting and transactions, and/or litigation • Experience advising business teams to ensure regulatory compliance across multiple jurisdictions • Excellent legal judgment • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to research and master complex legal and regulatory topics and translate them into clear guidance for non-lawyers • Experience counseling clients and teams on business and risk-mitigation strategies • Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally with external partners, internal teams, and legal colleagues
