📋 Description

• Consistently achieve or exceed territory revenue and growth targets by offering course-based solutions to decision makers, thereby gaining market share. • Identify, acquire, and develop new accounts to expand Pearson’s ELL footprint. • Drive adoption of digital & print solutions that improve outcomes, access, and affordability. • Grow and retain key accounts through strategic relationship management. • Maintain & deliver accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and territory planning in Salesforce (OneCRM). • Execute corporate and regional sales initiatives with measurable impact. • Share market insights and best practices to support team and regional success. • Establish yourself as a trusted, growth-focused sales advisor to customers.

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and successful work experience. • Minimum 2 years of outstanding sales experience in adult education, higher education, or a related market. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, computer applications, CRM and business systems, and mobile technologies. • Willingness to travel 3-4 days per week and attend regional and national conferences and events. • Reside in the state of Massachusetts or Connecticut. • Valid driver’s license.
